Greetings SyncSpiders!

April has arrived, bringing with it the freshness of spring and a whole new set of opportunities! It’s the perfect moment to ensure your business is primed for the season’s surge. As you stock up on spring essentials – think airy apparel, trendy accessories, and gardening must-haves – remember, these items are soaring to the top of shoppers’ lists right now.

If your online store showcases these, you’re in for a bustling season!

Now, let’s dive into the exciting enhancements we’ve been working on at SyncSpider to help your business glide smoothly through this busy period.

First off, we’re thrilled to announce significant upgrades to our software’s performance. In today’s fast-moving world, efficiency is key, and we’ve supercharged our software to match this pace. Processing 1000 items now takes under 2 hours – a massive leap from the previous 6 times longer duration. Plus, we’ve also ramped up the loading hierarchies in the mapping schema speed, ensuring you’re always ahead of the game.

Next, we’ve tackled the challenge of task execution failures. Our new system vigilantly monitors all tasks. If a task remains queued for more than two hours, it will be automatically terminated to prevent bottlenecks.

Furthermore, we’ve implemented an important safeguard for task reliability. Should a task fail thrice consecutively, our system will automatically disable its trigger and promptly notify you via email, complete with a direct link to the task for manual intervention. And remember, our support team is always on standby to assist you.

And here’s an important notice for our users with Company-Level edit permissions: You now have the ability to access the usage log. This new provides greater transparency and control, allowing you to monitor and manage your operations more effectively.

But that’s not all! We’ve also rolled out updates for Shopify, Google Calendar, and the SyncSpider core, ensuring you have the most streamlined and efficient tools.

Get ready to expand and thrive this spring with SyncSpider at your side!

Improved integrations

Shopify

We found out the cause of the issue some users experienced with sending products to Shopify. Everything works smoothly if your product collection contains less than 250 media per product. But an error message will occur if the number of media exceeds this limit. Shopify allows only up to 250 images per product.
