  • Monitor the ongoing company public presence on social media
    Be actively involved in SEO

  • Performing Support Agent duties for eCommerce SaaS

This Integration Specialist role is suited for someone who approaches challenges with an open mindset and is a quick learner, adaptive to new technologies. Ideal candidate is analytical, understands procedures, has strong customer service, listening and problem-solving skills. This person has ideally worked in large ecommerce systems or in sales (offline and online), understands business logic and knows the full circle of the sales process and when the sale is considered done.

The company will consider candidates from junior level who can demonstrate the ability to learn and progress quickly.

This position is fully remote.

  • Onboard new clients, understand their requirements, and create automation workflows to help them run their business
