We are looking for a Support Agent for an Austrian Digital marketing agency.

Responsibilities

  • Performing Support Agent duties for an Austrian Digital Marketing Agency and its three SaaS products
  • Communication with Leads and Customers across multiple platforms such as Help Desk, email, social media
  • Troubleshooting the issues our clients experience and solving them or escalating them further to the rest of the team
  • Be the first contact point for many customers, setting the foundation for long-term customer relationship
  • Accurately record the solutions provided to the customer and tagging the topic of the issue faced in the conversation accordingly for future reference

This Integration Specialist role is suited for someone who approaches challenges with an open mindset and is a quick learner, adaptive to new technologies. Ideal candidate is analytical, understands procedures, has strong customer service, listening and problem-solving skills. This person has ideally worked in large ecommerce systems or in sales (offline and online), understands business logic and knows the full circle of the sales process and when the sale is considered done.

The company will consider candidates from junior level who can demonstrate the ability to learn and progress quickly.

This position is fully remote.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new clients, understand their requirements, and create automation workflows to help them run their business
  • Determine system requirements of a merchant and suggest/provide appropriate integration solutions as required.
  • Manage multiple implementations/projects based on scope and size as needed.

This Partnership Manager role suits you if you are an energetic, highly motivated, can-do attitude individual who enjoys networking and establishing relationships.

The ideal candidate has expertise in the following: product knowledge, strong communication skills and business sense.

  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
  • Identify and source partnership opportunities
    Research partners, identify key players and generate interest
