  • Performing Support Agent duties for eCommerce SaaS

This Integration Specialist role is suited for someone who approaches challenges with an open mindset and is a quick learner, adaptive to new technologies. Ideal candidate is analytical, understands procedures, and has strong customer service, listening, and problem-solving skills.


You’ll communicate across various platforms, seamlessly troubleshoot and resolve issues, build meaningful customer relationships, accurately document resolutions, and collaborate closely with our development team. ECommerce Integration Specialist


  • Onboard new clients, understand their requirements, and create automation workflows to help them run their business
  • Determine system requirements of a merchant and suggest/provide appropriate integration solutions as required.
  • Manage multiple implementations/projects based on scope and size as needed.
  • Manage the pipeline of integrating merchants to meet personal and team targets.


  • Experience working with E-commerce, ERP or CRM systems.
