Our development team has been hard at work squashing bugs and enhancing several integrations, including Shopify, Freshdesk, PlentyMarket, eBay, and key updates to SyncSpider itself.

Improved integrations
Shopify
We improved the logic regarding Product Stock quantity adjustments for Shopify users when Shopify is your targeted integration.
Freshdesk
Freshdesk users who experienced issues with the Create/Update Contacts or Write/Update multiple companies will be happy to know that the issue is fixed. We also fixed the bug causing problems with the external UID search, which couldn’t correctly find contacts.
Plentymarkets
We fixed the issue some PlentyMarkets users experienced with OrderItems not showing up in the mapping field. If you have the same issue, just use the collection filter custom field, and it will list them all.
SyncSpider core updates
- We solved the issue regarding the Value Manipulation Field. The JavaScript validation error preventing the creation of this custom field despite all fields being appropriately populated appeared if “space” was used instead of the special character ” – ” when using the manipulated field.
