The spotlight this week is on ITscope. We’ve rolled out some impactful updates for our ITscope users. Let’s dive in:
- Multiple Exporting IDs:
Previously, some of you faced challenges when pulling data from ITscope due to the necessity of creating multiple export IDs. Well, we’ve addressed that! Now, you can effortlessly integrate all of these IDs under a single tag. To utilize this feature, navigate to the configuration screen and select the ‘Multiple Export IDs’ option.
- Supplier’s Items:
We noticed a trend: You have one product that various vendors can sell, but the price could differ for all of them. And that’s where the confusion starts. When typing “price” on the mapping screen, the first thing that comes up is the Supplier Price for the collection, and our users used to choose that one, which is wrong.
That’s why we turned that off to show up automatically, and now you need to enter the mapping screen, and now you have to get to the Supplier’s Item manually.
- Crop Function for Images:
Customizing images just got simpler! Introducing the “Crop function,” allowing you to tailor images to the precise pixel dimensions (width and height) of your choosing.
- Performance Boost:
A major win for many of you – our enhancement in system performance. What previously took hours (like transferring 15,000 products from ITscope to CSV) can now be executed in mere minutes.
Aside from the spotlight on ITscope, we’ve also been busy squashing bugs and enhancing other integrations, including Magento 2, Ecwid, Etsy, Shopware 6, WeClapp, eBay, Odoo, and SyncSpider core updates.

Improved integrations
Magento 2
We solved some issues regarding incremental import and order pagination for the Magento 2 users.
Ecwid
We solved the problem with an infinite loop for products for Ecwid users when the limit is reached.
Etsy
We also fixed the issue with task execution some users experienced with Etsy integration.
Shopware 6
We solved the problem with Shopware 6 orders, which are getting exported twice sometimes. We also fixed the bug causing issues with sending data to Shopware 6.
weclapp
We fixed the task execution issue for a WeClapp integration some users experienced.
odoo
We’ve made some integration improvements for Odoo integration users, and now they can set different location IDs and update stocks accordingly.
SyncSpider core updates
- We fixed the triggers issues some users experienced.
