Firstly, we have exciting news for all Google Shopping Merchant users! We’ve introduced the Bulk Product feature to streamline your process of exporting product lists. During the integration setup, you can use this new, faster entity or stick with the previous (and slightly slower) version. The choice is yours!
We fixed the bugs for XML integration users, causing several types of issues:
- Problems with the element’s names
- exporting only the first item from the collection list
Additionally, we’ve implemented improvements and resolved bugs for Amazon, PrestaShop, CSV, and Dokan, along with the weekly SyncSpider core updates.

Improved integrations
Amazon Seller Central
We resolved issues with SP-API Amazon files, which some users experienced.
PrestaShop
All PrestaShop 1.7 users will be happy to know that the issues some of you experienced are resolved.
Custom CSV
We fixed the issue with the CSV files taking too long to sync and the CSV record status tracker.
Lightspeed Retail (R-Series)
Lightspeed Retail (R-Series) has a new entity- Get Customers!
Dokan
Dokan users who experienced the error “Plugin not installed” will be happy to know the bug is resolved.
SyncSpider core updates
- We resolved the bug causing issues with the Number field in the Options
- We fixed the bug causing problems with the “Edit Task” button
- We set the case with the constant value to options on the 8th nested level.
