Hello, SyncSpiders!

 

Are you ready for new updates? We have some interesting new features to show you!

Do you use PlentyMarkets? If so, you’ll be happy to know that we enabled a new entity: Order Update! That means you can track order updates and automatize the process to instantly have the information regarding your orders.

Order Updates entity comes with the following features:

• UID mapping for update – External Order ID, Order ID
• Creating or updating Order Notes
• Creating shipping package

And no, that’s not the only integration that got the new entity. If you’re using Simvoly, you also have an Order Update entity!

It can automatically update

• the customer’s name, email, billing and shipping address,
• fulfillment (with courier info, tracking number, and URL),
• payment info (method, transaction ID, payment status, notifications)

 

But why stop there? Let’s add another integration that got a new entity, Ready2Order! Yes, we have a new entity for this one too! Create or Update Products! And yes, you can check through the UID whether the product is already on the list or it’s a new one.

Based on that info, the system Creates or Updates your product list! Isn’t that fabulous!

What else have we prepared during the previous week? We have big changes in our mapping process! Yeap, we improved it with the Contain modifier in the hierarchy mapper.

What does it mean? You don’t have to go on foot when converting similar category names; you can use this new feature in the hierarchy mapper.

Oh, have we mentioned that, as a bonus, it is now possible to define whether the mapping should be case-sensitive (default) or case-insensitive? Yes, that too!

As for updates for other integrations, besides PlentyMarkets, Simvoly, and Ready2Order, we had some bug fixes on ITscope, and Custom CSV. Of course, we have our weekly SyncSpider core updates!
