If you’ve noticed that our Release Notes are now bi-weekly, don’t worry—it’s not because we’re running out of updates. Quite the opposite! We’re gearing up for something exciting behind the scenes, and we can’t wait to share it with you soon.
While we work on that, let’s take a quick look at what’s happening in the eCommerce world. A major shift is coming for online sellers operating in the EU, as new Digital Services Act (DSA) regulations tighten compliance requirements for digital marketplaces. Platforms will need to enhance transparency, tackle counterfeit goods, and protect consumer rights. If you sell across borders, now’s the time to double-check your compliance!
And now, onto our latest updates! Over the past two weeks, our development team has been busy squashing pesky bugs and fine-tuning our integrations. We’ve improved connections across Shopify, Amazon, Lightspeed Retail, Magento 2, Mirakl, PlentyMarkets, PHH, Odoo, and Shopware. Plus, we have fresh SyncSpider core updates to ensure everything runs even smoother.
Let’s dive into the details!
Improved integrations
Shopify
We added the Cost field for Shopify Product GraphQL integration. We also removed the In Stock (legacy) field. Furthermore, we improved the integration with the Export Products custom field and ‘color’ attributes.
Amazon
Due to the Amazon API Update related to Fulfillment Inbound API for specific countries, we adjusted our Amazon integration. Furthermore,
- The Product Pricing API expands functionality for getCompetitiveSummary and getFeaturedOfferExpectedPriceBatch operations.
- Amazon Warehousing and Distribution API now includes replenishment quantity.
- The feed type values that were deprecated on March 18, 2024, will be removed on March 31, 2025.
Lightspeed Retail (R-Series)
For Lightspeed Retail integration users, we added the Create/Update Sale field to make large data transfers run smoothly and to eliminate failing tasks due to API calls that search by customSKU and email.
Magento 2
We fixed the issue some Magento 2 integration users experienced with the margin feature in the extension plugin.
Mirakl
We solved the bug for Mirakl users related to a sporadic issue occurring while sending the Order data when trying to update Tracking data.
Plentymarkets
We improved the system for PlentyMarket users using our DataHub to transform the countries from PlentyMarkets (their ID) to ISO 2 digits.
PHH Group Marketplace
We improved our PHH integration due to a PHH API update, and introduced new optional fields for generating and using barcodes.
odoo
We resolved a duplicate partner enteries issue some Odoo users experienced when setting the first match by “email” in the Odoo settings.
Shopware 6
We’ve solved the bug causing issues with a dropdown menu for changing the order status on Shopware 6 source configuration.
SyncSpider Core Updates
- We added filters to the API integration (not External API)
- We resolved the issue some users experienced with the calculated field and Lookup connection values.
- We solved the issue some users experienced with templates not being able to successfully load the custom fields from the previous task.
- We resolved a bug causing issues when cloning tasks from CSV to DataHub.
