Hello, SyncSpider Community!

We’re thrilled to bring you some exciting updates that have been in the works for a while! Our SyncSpider software just got a facelift with a fresh, user-friendly UI, which you can now explore in your account.

The new interface streamlines your experience by prioritizing the most used templates, making them more accessible than ever. We’ve also added enhanced notifications and error messages to guide you if any information is missing during your app connections – keeping you on track effortlessly!

The new version switch is located with the purple button in the top left corner. Remember, this update is still in beta, so if you encounter any hiccups, don’t worry – you can quickly toggle back to the old version in your profile settings.

On top of this, our dedicated developers have squashed bugs and refined integrations with Odoo, PlentyMarkets, Magento 2, and core SyncSpider functionalities to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Improved integrations

odoo

We solved the problem some of our users experienced with the Odoo integration. When updating products from Shopify to Odoo, the “Type” error was displayed. Furthermore, we solved the issue of users being unable to export all orders from Shopify to Odoo.

Plentymarkets

Our developers fixed some of the issues of our users who use the PlentyMarkets integration when there are multiple items in the order. In these cases, the system would export only a limited number of items.

We fixed the Magento 2 integration issue some users experienced when sending product updates and attributes.

SyncSpider Core Updates

  • We fixed the issue some users experienced when using the fulfillable_quantiy field.
  • We also added a current_quantity field when using Shopify as a source and importing orders.
  • We solved the issue some of our users had when using the incremental import, which caused missing orders due to timing overlap.
  • We solved the issue related to blank SKU values coming from SpiderHub that were troubling some of our users who use Lookup Connection with Odoo and SpiderHub.
