We’re excited to announce that SyncSpider has introduced Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to enhance account security starting September 10th, 2024.
2FA adds an extra layer of security to your account by requiring your password and an additional code from a trusted device, ensuring only you can access your account.
To enable 2FA on your SyncSpider account, please follow the steps outlined in our Help Article.
To perform any data operations via the SyncSpider platform, you will need to provide the authentication code along with your usual login credentials during the login attempt on your SyncSpider account.
In addition to this safety improvement, our development team worked on bug fixes and enhancements on Odoo, Magento 2, ITscope, eBay, and Shopify integrations.
