Hello, hello, dear SyncSpiders!
Despite the silence, rest assured that our diligent development team has worked hard, tirelessly fixing bugs, enhancing existing integrations, and introducing new features to ensure your SyncSpider experience is always improving.
Recently, we were intrigued by a new report from Nosto, revealing that over half (52.5%) of UK shoppers have purchased from overseas online stores in the past year, with fashion and accessories topping the list of cross-border buys. Younger consumers, especially those aged 16-34, are leading this trend, driven by the appeal of competitive pricing, though concerns about product quality and return policies persist.
This highlights an exciting opportunity for online retailers to boost international sales by improving transparency on returns and taxes and providing accessible customer support.
Meanwhile, our team has been hard at work enhancing the eBay, Odoo, Şhopware 6, Todoist, Mirakl, and DataHub integrations.

Improved integrations
eBay
For eBay users, our development team fixed the bug causing a generic error when sending products from eBay to CS-cart and the issue with importing data from eBay to SyncSpider.
odoo
We helped our client solve issues with Odoo integration, sending an error message related to the “amount_delivery” by suggesting re-examining the mapping and re-mapping. We also improved the integration and fixed the problems with failing tasks when SKU is added.
Shopware 6
We found what was causing the problem for Shopware 6 users when sending products to Shopware 6; it was simple as the number of characters exceeded.
Mirakl
We extended the Mirakl Orders Entity. Order source configs have been improved with the “Always include shipping cost in order items” and “Shipping Cost SKU” functionalities.
DataHub updates
- We fixed the minor bug that made the “edit” and “delete” buttons difficult to find when searching for entries.
- We fixed the bug causing the “Add New Item” button to appear last instead of the first position.
