Improved integrations
Freshservice
For Freshservice users, we solved the issue causing problems with webhooks. Furthermore, we solved the issue with the Freshservice integration
Amazon
We fixed the Amazon Orders Filtering issue some users experienced, and now it functioning correctly.
ITscope
ITscope users who experienced API error when connecting must check with ITscope their API key and confirm it’s correct.
Akeneo
For those experiencing issues with Akeneo exporting products and error messages, the SyncSpider team checked all things related and eliminated bugs. Now, it’s functioning perfectly.
Mirakl
For Mirakl users, we improved the mapping fields to neutralize the issue some users experienced with missing customer billing and shipping addresses.
Plentymarkets
PlentyMarket users will be happy to know that we’ve solved the issue causing the missing Invoice URL.
Shopware
We improved the Shopware integration with filters for Shopware products, depending on whether the cover image is set. These filters identify products lacking images. This is particularly important to exclude these products from synchronization, as products without images may negatively affect the user experience.
SyncSpider core updates
- We fixed the bug, causing the login button to disappear.
- We solved problems some users experienced with fetching files from the FTP server.
- We fixed the issue some users experienced with task execution not functioning correctly, which was related to API not functioning when Advanced Filters are used.
- We solved the problem of missing mapped images, which some users experienced.
