Are you excited to discover the latest developments in the world of SyncSpider? We’re thrilled to kick off this Release Note with some fantastic news! For the second consecutive year, we’ve earned a nomination for the esteemed E-commerce Germany Award at the e-Commerce Berlin Expo!
It’s our pleasure to share that SyncSpider, your go-to integration tool, has successfully progressed to the second round. We eagerly await the jury’s decision and look forward to the announcement of the winners on February 21st, 2024, at the E-commerce Germany Awards Ceremony and Networking Party in Berlin.
In addition to this achievement, we’ve been diligently enhancing our existing integrations. Last week, we significantly improved Shopware 6, Magento, QuickBooks, Odoo, CS-Cart, ZapInventory, Pipedrive, Shopify, and the SyncSpider core.

Improved integrations
Shopware 6
We looked at issues some Shopware 6 users experienced with API, and it’s working fine now.
Magento 1
Users who experienced issues with Magento to eBay integration regarding the variation prices will be happy to know we fixed the problem.
QuickBooks
We fixed the problem of retrieving the “Vendors Ref/Value” for QuickBooks users with the refresh token system we implemented.
odoo
We improved the system through a different task mapping approach for those using Odoo integration and experiencing issues handling discounts (especially in combination with Shopify integration).
CS-Cart
CS-Cart users experiencing issues with the Object IDs will be happy to know that we fixed the problem by improving the integration from our side.
ZapInventory
We adapted our system to a name change of ZapERP integration to ZapInventory.
Pipedrive
We enabled a Lookup connection ability for Pipedrive integration and enhanced the existing entities: “Add or Update Deal” and “Update Deal.”
- We added notes (create a note when create/update deal is done)
- We added files (upload a file when create/update deal is done)
Important notice for all Pipedrive users: A new note/file will be created whenever the data exists inside those fields. The schema must be refreshed whenever something changes on the dest config screen.
Shopify
Shopify users can now track their order fulfillment through the shipping company’s endpoint that grabs the Tracking URL.
SyncSpider core updates
- We fixed the issue some users experienced with the queued tasks and their execution.
