Though our content writer is on holiday, recharging batteries, our developers continued to improve and upgrade SyncSpider and our integrations so that this summer is even more pleasant for you and more successful for your business. 💰

Let’s start with a common challenge most users have. You need a quick solution, you encountered an issue while using the app, and you need help. What do you do? Send an email to the support team? Furthermore, during the last week, we improved Shopware 6, WeClapp, Custom CSV, Freshdesk, Pipedrive, Odoo, CS-Cart, and weekly SyncSpider Core Updates! 👇👇👇

Shopware 6

Shopware 6 users will notice we fixed issues with product updates and duplicate countries on the order import.

WeClapp

For WeClapp users, we fixed the bug related to tasks not exporting any items. No worries, it works properly now! Oh, and one more thing, we fixed the disconnecting but when WeClapp is chosen as the destination.

CSV files

We’ve extended updates for CSV by UID feature.

Freshdesk

Freshdesk users will be happy to know it’s now improved, and you have the possibility to sync standard field “Tag’s”.

PipeDrive

For Pipedrive users, we enabled synchronization for additional entities

  • All Orders
  • All Invoices
  • All Quotes
  • All Products / Inventory (including prices)

And on top of that, we added Free Fields, giving you more freedom to create a workflow and mapping that suits your needs best. You can also use them for mapping companies.

Odoo

For Oddo users, we enabled the usage of multiple languages on the same task, if necessary.

CS-Cart

We’ve improved CS-Cart’s logic to make it easier to manage products and inventory according to attributes. And we fixed the bug causing Error 500 when sending products to CS-Cart

App upgrades and fixes

SyncSpider core updates

  • If you experienced issues with Organization Limits, especially if you’re an Apsumo user, you’ll be glad to know we’ve solved it, and it’s now resetting as expected!
  • We also fixed the bug related to resetting time intervals when changed through the Admin Panel, so you won’t experience that issue from now on.
  • We’ve double-checked Conditional Fields to make sure they work flawlessly.
