Role Overview: We are on the hunt for a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be a key player in our growth strategy. As an SDR, you will be the spearhead of our lead generation efforts, responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, qualifying prospects, and setting the stage for successful sales engagements. Your role is critical in building our sales pipeline and driving our company’s expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Actively prospect and identify potential clients through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to ensure they align with SyncSpider’s target customer profile.
  • Engagement: Initiate meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their needs and how SyncSpider can address them.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and campaigns.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably in the SaaS or eCommerce sector.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Technical Savvy: Familiarity with sales and marketing CRMs and eCommerce platforms.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
  • Results-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Self-Driven: Highly motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
