eCommerce Integration Specialist

We’re looking for an Integration Specialist to join our growing team.

 

SyncSpider is an app-to-app connection tool that helps e-commerce businesses automate sales, marketing, and fulfillment. SyncSpider is designed to make all aspects of e-commerce run smoother by integrating tools and apps specific to online business, including ERP, Accounting, CRMs, and point-of-sale.

 

This Integration Specialist role is suited for someone who approaches challenges with an open mindset and is a quick learner, adaptive to new technologies. Ideal candidate is analytical, understands procedures, and has strong customer service, listening, and problem-solving skills.

 

You’ll communicate across various platforms, seamlessly troubleshoot and resolve issues, build meaningful customer relationships, accurately document resolutions, and collaborate closely with our development team. Your extraordinary communication skills, capacity to juggle multiple tasks, and proactive approach to problem-solving will enhance customer satisfaction and expediently resolve any SyncSpider-related concerns..

 

The company will consider candidates from junior level who can demonstrate the ability to learn and progress quickly.

This position is fully remote. English is a must, German is a plus.

ECommerce Integration Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new clients, understand their requirements, and create automation workflows to help them run their business
  • Determine system requirements of a merchant and suggest/provide appropriate integration solutions as required.
  • Manage multiple implementations/projects based on scope and size as needed.
  • Manage the pipeline of integrating merchants to meet personal and team targets.

Requirements

  • Experience working with E-commerce, ERP or CRM systems.
  • Good understanding of web technologies and business processes
  • Keep yourself up to date with new web technologies
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills
  • You’re comfortable speaking with the customer’s technical and commercial teams, assisting them with problem-solving, and coaching them through to a problem’s resolution
  • Background in eCommerce is a significant advantage – understanding eCommerce operations will allow you to offer unparalleled support to our users.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, Amazon, eBay is highly valued.
