Hi, SyncSpiders!

Here we go again! News, news, news! New integrations, updates, and bug fixes. But first, let’s see the most important updates for the previous week!

New integration on our list! Yeap, you’ve heard right. From now on, our users will be able to integrate their tools, platforms, marketplaces, or ERP systems with OneHash.ai, a customer support service tool. It provides instant communication, interactive chatbots, a shared inbox, and all customer data in one place! ????????????

We’re happy to announce that from now on, Odoo and Freshdesk integrations support tags for import! ????

And again, Value Manipulator Field improvement! From now on, you can see the complete number of items in one collection. This collection counter might come in handy if products have variants. ????

We also have updates for ActiveCampaign, Ecwid, Custom CSV, eBay, Shopware 5, Shopware 6, Odoo, Flowlu, Amazon, ItScope, CS-Cart, Shopify, PrestaShop, and weekly SyncSpider core updates!

New Integrations

OneHash.ai

Improved Integrations

ActiveCampaign

ActiveCampaign users will be glad to know that we fixed the Aboundand data bug; there are no more issues with that.

Ecwid

Those experiencing Category’s updates not working on Ecwid will be happy to know that the bug is fixed.

Custom CSV

For Custom CSV users, we fixed the problem with the processed file.

eBay

If you have experienced issues with eBay exporting orders, make sure you set your dates correctly – the starting and the future dates cannot be set in the future.

Shopware 5

For Shopware 5 users, we fixed the bug regarding sending double orders.

Shopware 6

Shopware 6 users will notice we fixed the image upload issue and order import improvements.

Oddo

For those Odoo users who experienced issues with Creating Sales Orders where the Articles are not added, we got good news! The problem is fixed!

Flowlu

For Flowlu users, we have some Endpoints improvements. From now on, users can use the following fields: billing address, shipping address, and link to Instagram (as a string).

Amazon

Amazon users will notice we improved Order data when exported.

ItScope

We added xtmlMainSpecs to the product entity for ItScope users.

CS-Cart

CS-Cart users will notice we fixed the bugs related to creating product variations, creating and updating products, and displaying order status.

Shopify

We fixed the bug related to tags for pulling products from Shopify.

PrestaShop

For PrestaShop users, we fixed the connecting issue.
